Shipping policy

Most orders will be shipped out the next business day. All orders are processed and shipping out within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All domestic shipments include free shipping and are sent using USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 3 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping with USPS Express Mail. This is generally 5 business day shipping however depending on the country it may take a week or two longer.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Warp Wellness is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Warped Wellness. That means we have a 30-day no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help process a return and full refund. You should expect to see a refund in your account within 5 business days of initiating a return.
